The AP-3 has an A and a B/G radio. It can be configured with a web interface. Supports WEP, 802.1x, WPA, WPA2
Firmware version 2.5.3 works fine with Radius Authentication and Accounting.
Caution: many configuration changes require the device to be Rebooted before they take effect.
Caution: when changing configuration data on some pages, the changes will not be accepted, and the only error message is: 'Error updating parameters!', with no clues as to what the problem is. For example, when changing passwords for web access etc on the 'Configure->Management->Passwords' page. If the password is not 6 characters or more, you will get this message. Also get this behaviour on the 'Security Profile Table - Edit Entry' page, if you have 2 mutually incompatible security types, e.g. 'Non Secure Station' and '802.1x Station' selected.
